Return Policy Terms & Conditions

At Aerosoles Canada, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the perfect fit. While we do not offer exchanges, we are happy to accept returns for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Products must be in new, unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, packing slip, or receipt) is required for all returns.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns.

1. Initiate a Return:

  • Please visit our website's "Returns" section or contact our customer service team at info@aerosoles.ca to initiate your return.
  • You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization
    (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

2. Packaging Your Return:

  • Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging, if
    possible.
  • Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order
    confirmation.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

3. Shipping Your Return:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring
    your package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Ship the package to the address that will be provided with the RMA number.

4. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of $10 CAD per item will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus the $10 CAD restocking fee per item and the original shipping charges.

  • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your financial institution.  

Aerosoles Canada does not offer exchanges. If you require a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund, following our return policy, and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service at info@aerosoles.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide further assistance.

  • A restocking fee of $10 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, you will need to return the original item(s)
    for a refund and place a new order.

  • Aerosoles Canada reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy requirements.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
